UI/UX Designer

Ejada is looking for a strategic, creative candidate to join our fast-growing team as a Senior UX & UI Designer. A problem-solver, who understands design thinking processes and know how to translate insights and ideas into actionable solutions. You’re proudly passionate about the customer.
Good knowledge at visual designer, wireframe, User-centered Design, expert in building user-friendly experiences, interactions and developing brand identities.
We’re an agile team, and this role will work closely with a multidisciplinary group of designers, engineers, product experts, and project managers.
Responsibility
- Trust the process: Step into a methodical design process in planning, prioritizing, and scheduling releases.
- Strategize & problem-solve
- Balance customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility.
- Translate customer insights into concepts, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe CS, and other design tools.
- Incorporate user research and usability testing to integrate ion product solutions.
- Design UX with a conversion-optimization-focused mindset.
- Produce UX documentation for website and conversion flows, including sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including project managers, engineers, marketers, and executive leadership.
- Partner with engineers to ensure designs are properly implemented.
- Provide HTML & CSS pages if needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of design experience with a portfolio of successful case studies.
- Strategic creativity
- Proven experience delivering strategies, concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and more.
- You understand and use throughout your work design thinking process requirements, including the typical time and resources needed to produce quality work.
- You bring an eye for detail and a great sense of aesthetics and functionality.
- Experience working on/ability and high interest in UX research and strategy.
- You’re comfortable with development processes and tools.
- You have a working knowledge of Figma, Sketch , Adobe CS, as well as familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Familiars with different technologies and enterprise applications.
- Clear communication & successful collaboration.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to drive win-win solutions and generate new impactful ideas.
- You can excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Basic Knowledge of Javascript and front-end development technologies.
- Arabic Native speaker with English Professional level.
