Job Description
- Carry out the recruitment process by sourcing candidates via different recruitment channels internally and externally.
- Conduct Phone screenings and HR Interviews for different levels.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Responsible for the onboarding process of newly hired employees.
- Responsible for engaging employees in the company with different activities.
- Ensuring the development programs and the engagement initiatives.
- Managed the Internal Communication Campaigns as keeping the team up to date and informed about the latest company news and developments.
- Responsible for collecting feedback from all employees through surveys.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or Marketing.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the same role.
- Excellent communication skills and good phone presence.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Innovative and creative thinking.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
