Cleopatra Hotels and Development is expanding our sales force for our branches (east &west)
hiring now sales managers
responsibility of the real estate sales manager to oversee the sales agent team and handle any issues that arise, as well as to make sure sales goals are met
- Helping team members reach their full sales potential is the main objective of a real estate sales manager, and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job
- plan and implement sales objects and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Set individual sales targets with sales team
- Work on sales scripts with agents
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
- Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals according to the sales plan.
- Develop and implement training programs that teach sales members how to get customers with continually coaching.
- Assist sales members who need guidance with client meetings and communication.
- Meet with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation.
- Motivating others to meet goals in a sales environment thrive
- handling all sales reports needed raising to sales director.
Job Requirements
