Job Description
- To ensure the quality of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products are compliant with the approved specifications and GMP/GLP.
- Maintains a controlled documentation system in the quality control department.
- Monitors compliance with the requirements of approved procedures.
- Reviews of quality control records.
- Ensures that the proper monitoring and the maintenance of department premises and equipment are done properly.
- Ensures that the Monitoring of the calibration program of equipment is done.
- Checks the Laboratory organization (For example; document, glassware, chemicals, and equipment).
- Ensures the organization and proper keeping of retained samples in the retained samples room.
- Ensures the proper handling of reference and working standards.
- Ensures the Monitoring of the retention of the QC record
- Manage the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Proposes corrective actions to improve compliance with quality specifications.
- Recommend new or improved quality control methods, procedures, and/or standards.
- Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
- Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Previous experience in Oil and Gas Services Industry.
- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
