Job Description
- Preparing sub-contractor bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Preparing and submitting client invoices & final invoices.
- Preparing/reviewing subcontractor invoices & payments.
- QS for procurement items and follow-up during construction.
- Preparing variation order during the project & review QS to approve.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Architecture / Civil).
- 2-5 Years of Experience.
- Project Management Knowledge is a must.
- Contractor background is a must.
- Excellent user of AutoCAD.
- Excellent user of MS Office.
- Revit Knowledge is a plus.
