Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Demand Generation and Digital Marketing:

- Optimize lead generation strategies to convert prospects into customers.
- Product Marketing:
- Collaborate with product teams to understand offerings and create compelling go-to-market strategies.

- Communicate the value proposition of products and services effectively to target audiences.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

- Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in IT, financial services, or software development.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
