Job Description

We are seeking a qualified female candidate with at least 2 years of solid experience as an Office Administrator/Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant.  

The selected candidate's core role scope in brief comprises of: 

  1. Administrative duties
  2. Hotel Bookings/Contracts Renewals
  3. Travel arrangements/visa issuance/logistics arrangements
  4. Statistical and financial records reports.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Travel agency background is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and take the initiative to investigate and resolve issues appropriately and promptly.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Advanced computer skills - Full awareness of MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

Candidate Profile & Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant discipline. 
  • Fluent English – (reading/writing and spoken English)
  • Gender: Female (Unveiled)
  • Age: Maximum 28-30
  • Professional appearance with a confident and outgoing personality.
  • Detail oriented, discreet, and able to handle confidential information, and able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
