Job Description
- Responsible for day to day operation for buses @ Limousine
- Managing the relationship with our clients, making sure that they are satisfied
- Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner
- Be responsible for the success metrics for customer SLAs, facility operational and financial performance.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of service to the customer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Train and coach new the new station managers
- Supply valuable reporting and metrics on operation
Job Requirements
- BSC Degree .
- Experience in Buses & Limousine operation
- Experience min 15 years
