Job Description
• Study and analyse tender documents from a technical point of view and validate the received studies from the engineers and the vendors
• Lead the team and distribute the work load between the team.
• Create project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per bill of quantities (BOQ), amount of work, material/ equipment/ and manpower requirements during the tendering phase; this includes all systems, products and services to client specifications/ requirements.
• Negotiate with the suppliers regarding discounts for the offers.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to fulfil the tender requirements.
• Perform all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable best Practice Guidelines.
• Liaise, support and assist the business development team.
• Conduct annual performance appraisal for his direct reports
Job Requirements
- Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in the same role.
- Must have experience in Construction companies
