Job Description

  • Managing overall sales activities focusing on major enterprises in the local Egyptian market including but not limited to the Banking & FinTech sectors.
  • Responsible for sourcing leads and turning them to clients reaching sales quota, developing new business and maintaining customers satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies & manage sales forecasting to achieve growth objectives and enhance overall sales achievement with customers.
  • Sell Arpuplus different SMS related products and service to potential /existing clients.
  • Prospect and identify new leads and pitches to the clients.
  • Provide client service to existing customers & manage all aspects of customer relationships.
  • Develop pricing structures and payment options.
  • Identify potential clients, Contact and conduct initial follow-ups on sales prospects & preparation of sales proposal.
  • Achieve company financial objectives.
  • Assist customers to properly select the best solution for their application through gaining a clear understanding of their businesses requirements & prepare their offers, professional presentation, demonstrate excellent closing skills.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with them to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Identify trends in the market. Monitor and provide regular feedback about competitor activities & prices, market trends and lost sales.
  • Ensure the usage and update of CRM customer data and quotations.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through effective database management & resolve their problems.
  • Sell business added value of our solutions and return on investment (ROI) for the client.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • University Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or any Technical relevant field of 1-2 years of experience in selling complex technology solutions preferable in High Tech, Messaging and/ telecommunication industry.
  • Proficient English user both verbal and written.
  • Proven record of Client Relationship and Account Management. High level strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to travel to and meet with customers within the entire territory is essential.
  • Ability to deliver on target.
  • Ability to sell and articulate solutions sales. Demonstrated success in building, elevating and nurturing relationships resulting in increased revenue growth. Knowledge / network within the financial industry is an asset.
  • Good experience with FMCGs
  • Account management skills and able to handle client starting from the on boarding process till traffic generation.
