Job Description
- Place orders with suppliers
- Follow up orders status in terms of availability, shipping and documentation.
- Coordinate with regulatory to make sure products have all required documentation prior to effecting shipment.
- Discuss shipping plans with his/her Manager and implement agreed priorities.
- Responsible to coordinate the Updating of Suppliers contracts renewal and all needed Regulatory certifications
- Coordinate with our Customs representative for all customs procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Vet./ Science.
- Females Only
- 4-7 years experience in a similar position
- V. Good command of English language written & spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
