Job Description
- Creating monthly content calendars for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube)
- Enriching the content calendar with various forms of posts (static posts, videos, reels, and stories)
- Staying up to date with social media trends
- Minimal moderation and handling of customer queries in a friendly and an engaging manner
- Create highly engaging social media content, campaigns, video scripts and ideas that are aligned with the strategy.
- Monitor the effect of the created posts on social media to enhance accordingly
- Work on developing new concepts, trends, and ideas for social media channels with the digital media team.
- Work closely with the graphic design team to make sure the requested visuals are created
- Researches and keeps track of the competitors for the company.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance content quality
- Writing relevant articles on the website's blog with regards to the trending keywords
- Collaborates in creating and developing the regional marketing and content strategy to align with the organizational goals
- Collaborates with and supports internal teams (Marketing, Product, Content) across offices to design and implement differentiated processes
- Works to increase the value of the business regionally
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business management or marketing
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic and English
- Experience in writing with Saudi slang is preferable
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Ability to keep track of rising trends
- Strong researching skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good organizational skills
- Should possess superior interpersonal skills
