Job Description
- Ensure that all stores/branches are fully operational by the established opening date.
- Responsible for arranging and attending all sites activities meetings and report detailed site meetings as required
- Manage all phases of projects, including project set-up, team and project coordination, design, and construction administration.
- To ensure budget compliance during the design specification process thru effective procurement.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors – including, but are not limited to, design architects, engineers, renderers, furniture vendors.
Job Requirements
- 3:5 years of Proven experience in the same position
- Bachelor Degree qualification in Interior or Architectural design
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
