Job Description

  • The CEO runs 2 companies (furniture & Logistics) and The offered job will have the following tasks
  • Taking full responsibility and arranging the CEO's Calendar
  • Help in hiring and head hunting talented people to take responsibility of certain jobs 
  • Assistance in restructuring the company 
  • Handling B2B communications professionally (Clients & other entities) 
  • Assisting the CEO in handling and monitoring all daily operations within the 2 companies

Job Requirements

  • 2 Years of experience at least
  • Self Cleanliness and presentable appearance is a must
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
  • ability to learn quickly 
  • commitment to dates in non negotiable
  • Computer skills (office…etc) is a must
  • Females only
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor Degree
