Role Summary:
Al Doha Group has a new opportunity for SalesBuzz Specialist to join the IT team.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing necessary application support relating to various applications, corporate solutions (Sales Force Automation, ERP, Retail, CRM, HRMS …etc.)
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot software components.
- Provide first line support to Users by providing analysis and resolution for routine operational application issues
- Provide the suitable solutions for any assigned application issue within the agreed on SLA and based on the criticality of the issue
- Execute all promotions plans in retail applications.
- Creates queries and reports for providing timely and accurate information to users.
- Perform testing of solutions delivered by development team to address process improvements with business process owners, and coordinate with development team for issue resolution
- Ensuring the integration of all systems components; e.g. procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware.
- Monitoring systems resources including performance, capacity, availability, and recover ability.
- Assist in Implementation and testing of the sales force automation system
- Continuously monitor the various incidents related to the Sales Force Automation applications.
- Stand accountable for bug fixes and small enhancements.
- Collaborate with other IT teams in problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Assure users have the right access to the authorized applications/modules on regular basis.
- Report, respond and resolve issues, customer requests, and problems.
- Report any miss using for responsibilities or user access to applications.
- Report any manual entries for data have relevant agreed applications/modules.
- Supporting implementation of sales buzz.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any relevant study.
- 2-3 years IT Applications experience in supporting sales cycle.
- Proven knowledge of Sales Buzz (SFA) is a must.
- Experience in supporting implementation of Sales Buzz.
- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts is a plus
Desired Characteristics:
- Good command of English language skills
- Customer Oriented preferred to deal with the sales team.
