Job Description
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Plan and implement an annual marketing plan; regularly updating the management team on progress.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from idea to execution to analysis
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in sales mainly at real estate
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
- Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
- Strong Knowledge of Real Estate standards
- Strong project management skills
- Researching new market opportunities
- Managing launch campaigns for new products
- Managing distribution channels for products
