Job Description
( Our Client Multinational digital & technology company operate in over 26 countries from 7 office-hubs across the globe )
- Manage Products end-to-end within your given remit, ensuring a continuous improvement of processes to ensure deadlines, SLAs and KPIs are achieved
- Driving accountability for systems deployment and monitoring across operational surfaces
- Develop and maintain our online portal and mobile site
- Develop and maintain our API integration with partners
- First point of contact for colleagues and external partners supporting with daily operational tasks, service configurations/definitions
- Act as technical consultant of our partners and new potential clients, translating and breaking down business requirements into clear delivery milestones
- Effectively collaborating with key stakeholders on business-related support activities for troubleshooting/Issue resolution
- Execute on the product development roadmap contributing to platform optimisation and evolution initiatives
- Perform integration as well as migration with acceptance and clearance tests
- Produce relevant test documentation and reports to facilitate best practice and optimised service delivery
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- A University Degree in Computer Science or similar would be desirable
- Demonstrable experience in software development as well as ideally native mobile app development
- First-hand experience in leading a tech team
- Ability to manage and lead local and possibly remote teams to achieve the business objectives
- Outstanding Object Orientated design and programming skills
- Great knowledge working with frontend web frameworks such as bootstrap, jQuery, jQuery Mobile, AngularJS, Node.js
- Knowledge of working in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring, Spring MVC, JPA, Hibernate, Servlets etc.)
- Strong Knowledge of RESTful Services such as JAX-RS
- SQL RDBMS, MySQL preferred
- Experience with Linux, Tomcat
- Operational Experience and Ticketing Support
