Job Description
- Installing and Configuring computer hardware ,software ,systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Writing reports on all the status of all hardware and software in the company
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support role
- Working knowledge and expertise in variety of software, hardware and applications
- Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion
- Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions
- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skill
