Job Description
- Proactively follow up with field action owners via email.
- Execute upload of news opportunities and implementation of changes .
- Review and follow up on Scheduled Revenue, POs Required, and Processing to ensure smooth revenue landing.
- Report supplier performance on resolving escalations from the field and completion of scheduled activities in line with agreed SLAs and quality standards.
- Proactively prepare reports to be shared with the subsidiary sales team on weekly basis
- Preparing and sharing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analytics
- Proactively perform preparation of meetings through supporting data packs, including monthly reports, daily revenue flashes and other material, according to the agreed format and schedule.
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- English Speaker.
