Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Sutherland's location in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Graduates, Undergraduates with flexible attendance, Dropouts, and Gap Year Students
- Proficiency in English (B2 or C1 level)
- Willingness to work Night & Overnight Shifts
