Job Description
- Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management for informed decision-making.
- Maintain and update cost accounting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to gather relevant data and improve cost efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement cost control measures to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste.
- Reviewing supplier invoices with purchase orders and the quantities received.
- Monthly and annual physical inventory count and cost reports.
- Prepare COGS and profitability reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of commerce, accounting section.
- 0-2 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
- SAP user is a Must.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
