Job Description

  • Create a best-practice digital marketing and social media strategy for our customers.
  • Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, website, Telegram, mobile applaud LinkedIn.
  • Support with social media, SEO writing, ad copies for online and offline marketing
  • Manage and Supervise a Team of Social Media Specialists and help in hiring new team members when needed.
  • Develop and supervise social media marketing campaigns for our customers.
  • Work closely with Director of Graphics and Photography to create designs and bring customers events to life online.
  • Research target personas, critical attributes, communication preferences, knowledge fountains, and identify requirements for touch points on all stages of the audience journey.
  • Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results by analyzing and recommending improvement initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
  • Formulate a live dashboard tracking metrics and KPIs associated with all projects, tools, and systems for 360-degree insights on all activities and performance.
  • Establish KPIs for digital reach and engagement while providing accurate and timely reporting.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to propose creative projects, from building or acquiring tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads.

Job Requirements

  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Great leadership skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field,
     marketing diploma is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Google drive applications.
  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater to unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
  • Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once + Great leadership skills.
