Job Description
- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle for light current systems, including fire alarm, suppression, CCTV, access control, and data center infrastructure.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and delivered on schedule.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all project phases.
- Facilitate technical reviews, site inspections, and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Resolve project-related issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management within light current, security, or fire protection industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of light current systems, including fire alarm, suppression, CCTV, and access control.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is highly desirable.
