Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Administrator at Yassien & Partners in Giza. 

The Front Office Administrator will be responsible for document preparation, administrative assistance, communication with clients and internal team members, and managing administration tasks on a daily basis such as:

· Answer and direct phone calls.

· Cover the reception desk when required and provide general support to visitors.

· Organize and schedule appointments.

· Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.

· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email.

· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.

· Develop and maintain a filing system.

· Maintain contact lists.

· Help in preparing attendance files and sheets.

· Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.

· In addition to any other assigned tasks by the top management within the scope of work.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably a Female.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior Administrative experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience with max. age of 27 years.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Presentable with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Good command in English.
