Review tender documents, specs, drawings and BOQ and ensure clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission
Conduct comparison studies for suppliers and subcontractors’ quotations and develop breakdown cost estimations in response to the client's BOQ and specific requirements.
create commercial and technical proposals to ensure prompt and accurate compliance with the clients' requirements.
Develop comprehensive civil work scopes, technical specifications, and method statements.
Collaborate with the design team to identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with relevant civil engineering codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules and resource allocations.
Participate in pre-bid meetings and negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
Provide technical support during the tender submission and contract award process.
Maintain a comprehensive database of civil cost data, market trends, and subcontractor/supplier performance.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Proven experience in technical office works, quantity surveying, tendering and cost estimation to prepare tender packages (BOQ, specifications and quantities) for all types of projects.
+5 years minimum of experience in civil tendering and estimating for construction and industrial facilities projects
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, and Revit
Thorough understanding of civil engineering, construction methods, and market trends
Strong knowledge of civil subcontractors, suppliers, and material prices
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills
