Job Description
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits to showcase available listings to potential buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring optimal terms for both clients and the company.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including competitor activities and emerging trends.
- Manage all documentation related to property sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
