Job Description
- Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Oversee the resolution of day-to-day extended workforce concerns, including workers compensation, unemployment insurance claims, incident report infrastructure & reporting, and other compliance issues to meet operational goals.
- Set objectives for the HR team, track progress, maintain internal HR systems and databases.
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
- Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics.
- Co-Manage and oversee the onboarding & retention of Teaching Staff & SLT with the Organizational Development Manager and hiring process.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management meetings with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
- Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work Monitor key HR metrics.
- Guide and consult the HR Managers and other team me repeated members.
- Prepare, analyze and monitoring detailed monthly reports on various HR KPIs.
- Oversee HR databases and internal software.
- Maintain and update the employee benefits programs.
- Guide staff and management of company’s HR policies and regulations
- Identify policy and process gaps, vulnerabilities, and opportunities and drives solutions to resolve them
- Manage & oversee the schools recruitment process.
- Supervise Social Insurance for local and work permit/visa for expat staff assuring all employee work legally in Egypt.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Labour law.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.
- Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Outstanding analytical and research skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong work ethics.
