NURLINE is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Leader to lead, support, and grow a high-performing real estate sales team in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, mentoring team members, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and constructive feedback
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
- Support team members in closing high-value or complex deals
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and acquire potential clients (buyers, sellers, and investors)
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Sales Process Management
- Oversee the full sales cycle: lead qualification, property presentation, negotiation, closing, and documentation
- Ensure proper use and updating of CRM systems
- Review proposals, contracts, and documentation before submission
Market Advisory & Property Consultation
- Provide accurate information on properties, pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Guide clients based on their needs, preferences, and budget
- Maintain strong knowledge of key residential compounds, especially in New Cairo, Madinaty, and Al Rehab
Lead & Pipeline Management
- Monitor lead distribution and follow-up process
- Ensure proper tracking of all client interactions in CRM
- Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline
Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new project launches
- Provide management with regular sales reports and market insights
- Share client feedback and demand trends with the marketing team
Coordination & Operations
- Liaise with developers regarding inventory, pricing, commissions, and availability
- Coordinate with marketing, telesales, and administration teams to ensure smooth operations
- Organize and attend property viewings and site visits when needed
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales (brokerage experience is highly preferred)
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Deep understanding of the New Cairo real estate market
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Personal Attributes
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Self-motivated with strong ownership mindset
- Organized with excellent time-management skills
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
- Ability to conduct site visits and property tours
- Willingness to work on weekends based on client appointments
- Residence near New Cairo / Madinaty is preferred
