Job Description
- Run calls and target calls to generate business opportunities from assigned leads.
- Lead generation to find new data for customers.
- Building a relationship with a new brokerage
- Looking for new inventory and sellers
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit their needs
- Be a consultant for the buyer by advising clients on market conditions and market investment opportunities
- Facilitating the process of buying a property by making a comparison between different projects
- Be a link between buyers (Property Development Companies) and sellers
- Hold visits for the customers at of different project locations.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with the customers by following up on their requests and updates through accurate feedback entry on CRM on daily basis.
- Follow up with the partners (Property Development Companies) to get updated availability.
- Following up with the management to ensure fast and high-quality communication to organize and archive work outcomes
- Achieve agreed on sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Explain the terms of the contract to the client and respond to all his inquiries and complete the procedures.
- Providing Direct Manager with Reports on Customer Needs, Problems, Interests, Competitive Activities, and Potentials for New Products
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of commerce / Business Administrations/ marketing & management or its equivalent.
- Min. 2 years prior experience in real estate (experience in El-Gouna, Soma Bay, Sahl Hasheesh advantage )
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading, and writing)
