Job Description

1.Organize, prepare, and lead Kaizen weeks, including logistics, scheduling, and execution of improvement events. 4.Facilitate Kaizen workshops, ensuring participation and collaboration among crossfunctional teams. 2.Announce Kaizen initiatives and communicate goals, objectives, and expected outcomes to all stakeholders. Action Plan Management: 
3.Create and maintain action plans from Kaizen events, outlining tasks, responsibilities, and timelines. 
4.Monitor daily progress of action items and drive accountability among team members. 
5. Provide updates on action plan status and report to management on key achievements and obstacles. Daily Meeting Coordination: 
6.Confirm that daily meetings are held according to Midea Business System standards, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices. 
7.Prepare meeting agendas and facilitate discussions to ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items. 
8.Responsible for the annual efficiency planning of the branch plant, 
9.Identifying and implementing projects to improve output. 
10.Assist in promoting and conducting lean culture activities in the branch plant, as well as developing lean talent

Job Requirements

1. Lean Methodologies: o Understanding of Lean principles (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban). 2. Six Sigma: o Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV) and tools. 
3. Process Improvement: Ability to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. 
4. Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., statistical software, Excel).
 5. Project Management: Skills in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, including setting timelines and managing resources. 
6. Facilitation Skills:  Experience in leading workshops and training sessions, effectively engaging team members. 
7. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying ideas and information. 
8. Problem-Solving: Ability to utilize problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and develop actionable solutions. 
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across departments.
