Job Description
. Planning, scheduling, and coordinating production of the company’s products.
• Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production.
• Finding ways to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management
• Handling production disruptions and productivity problems
• Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes.
• Scheduling shifts and workers to provide proper coverage.
• Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
• Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time
• Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Experience in home appliances and plastic injection machines is Must.
- Solid Experience to deal with and resetting injection machines is must.
- any Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in injection molding processes, and plastic materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulations in the plastic industry.
