We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Career Consultant who can deliver world-class guidance, write exceptional career documents, and train clients to present their best selves in the job market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 career consultations for clients across various industries (locally and internationally).
- Deliver professional interview training sessions, including mock interviews and feedback sessions tailored to client goals.
- Craft ATS-optimized CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and personal branding materials that reflect each client’s value and market positioning.
- Provide actionable guidance on job search strategies, career transitions, and employer expectations in the GCC region.
- Maintain a high client satisfaction rate through empathy, professionalism, and measurable career outcomes.
- Support Misaar’s content and marketing efforts by contributing to webinars, live sessions, and educational materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of our programs.
- Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and emerging career tools.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Career Consultant, Career Coach, or HR Professional.
- Proven track record in CV and LinkedIn writing, interview training, and career coaching for local and international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills — (Arabic fluency is a strong plus).
- Certified Career Coach / Professional Resume Writer preferred.
- Deep understanding of Saudi and GCC job markets, employer expectations, and recruitment processes.
- Strong attention to detail, empathy, and ability to tailor advice to different client personas.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with measurable performance goals.
