Job Description
- Project Architect (Working Drawings) has wide range of experience in Working Drawings and detailed design with BS.C Degree in Architectural Engineering
- Prepare architectural working drawings and detailed design.
- Similar position with consultant firms is mandatory
- Prepare the interior working drawings for flooring, ceiling, furniture, wet areas, and internal elevations.
- Prepare the exterior façade drawings
- Provide the BOQ of architectural items.
- Prepare the technical specifications and material selection.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 Professional Experience in a similar position
- Strong Knowledge of Working Drawings and Tender documents
- Experience in coordination between Technical Departments
- Strong management, leadership and communications skills
- Must be an expert user of AutoCad and Revit
- Familiar with Saudi code, Gulf & International Codes / Standards
