Job Description
- Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
- Groom and prioritize backlog
- Conduct frequent market researches, to stand on our market capabilities
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Write acceptance tests
- Plan for releases and upgrades to ensure a high quality deliverables within the agreed timeframe
- Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
- Gather, trim and Analyze preferences and requests of end users
- Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback Keep track of industry trends
- Develop and implement product strategies in alignment with company vision
- Gather, trim and analyze feedback from different stakeholders to shape requirements, features and end products
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, in order to conclude the requested projects within deadline
- Create, review and communicate product requirements documents (PRD)s with different stakeholders
- Initiate and communicate recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Suggest new ways and techniques to track product usage and impact on end users
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Year of experience (from 4 to 7 years)
- Proven experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner or similar role in product management
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- Background in software development and program management is preferred
- Knowledge of UX best practices (Plus)
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
