Job Description
- Prepare BOQ specification & quantity survey from design drawings.
- Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of integrity.
- Follow up with suppliers from negotiation till successful delivery to site.
- Acquire Samples from suppliers when needed.
- Create and update periodically a Supplier and price List.
- Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract.
- specialized in internal finishes for apartment & retail projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture/ Civil Engineering
- 5:6 years’ experience (2016-2017)
- Experience in the field of construction, fit out and finishing.
- working at Residential & Retail projects is a must
- Auto-cad
- MS Office
- V.Good English
