HSE Specialist

Duties of the Occupational Safety and Health Specialist:

• Identify all activities in the facility and all production processes taking place in it - raw materials - intermediate materials - final product - hazardous materials and waste and take the necessary precautions to prevent potential risks -
• Identify the risks in the work environment (physical / mechanical / electrical / biological / chemical / negative) from Where its characteristics, sources and ways of exposure of workers to their risks and effects on the health and safety of workers and the economy of the facility.
• Analyzing and evaluating potential industrial risks, disasters and accidents, preparing plans to confront emergencies and crises, and training workers on them
• Participating in setting technical specifications for personal protective equipment, devices and tasks and verifying their effectiveness and suitability for the nature of work (masks of all kinds according to activity / gloves / shoes)
• Analyzing data on work accidents and injuries Occupational diseases and serious accidents and drawing the necessary recommendations to prevent infection Accidents and work injuries
• Expressing an opinion on the policy for awareness and educating workers through seminars, workshops, posters and flyers
• Participating with the administration in planning training programs for technicians and members of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee.
• Periodic inspection of workplaces to identify risks and pollutants and the commitment of workers to implement instructions
• Preparing a file Special for the Department of Occupational Safety, Health and Insurance Services and Policies
• Preparing work permits before starting any operations for maintenance, repairs or any other operations that may cause a danger to the safety and health of workers
• Follow up and perform periodic and preventive maintenance to protect against fire and explosions, as well as ambulance and rescue equipment

مهام اخصائي السلامة والصحة المهنيه:
التعرف علي جميع الأنشطة بالمنشأة وجميع العمليات الإنتاجية الجارية فيها
- خامات أولية
- مواد وسيطة
- منتج نهائي
- مواد خطرة ونفايات
واتخاذ الاحتياطات اللازمة للوقاية من المخاطر المحتملة

- التعرف علي المخاطر في بيئة العمل (فيزيائية / ميكانيكية / كهربائية / بيولوجية / كيميائية / وسلبية ) من حيث خصائصها ومصادرها وطرق تعرض العاملين لمخاطرها وآثارها علي صحة وسلامة العاملين واقتصاديات المنشأة.
- قياس وتقييم الملوثات والمخاطر باستخدام الأجهزة الخاصة بالقياسات للتعرف علي نوعية المخاطر ومستويات تركيزها وطبيعتها كماً وكيفاً وآثارها علي صحة العاملين وسلامة بيئة العمل 
- التعرف علي نظم التحكم والسيطرة علي الأخطار والملوثات
- تحليل وتقويم المخاطر والكوارث والحوادث الصناعية المحتملة وإعداد خطط مواجهة الطوارئ والأزمات وتدريب العاملين عليها
- الاشتراك في وضع المواصفات الفنية لمعدات وأجهزة ومهمات الوقاية الشخصية والتحقق من فاعليتها و وملائمتها لطبيعة العمل ( كمامات بأنواعها حسب النشاط / قفازات /أحذية )
- تحليل البيانات الخاصة بحوادث وإصابات العمل والأمراض المهنية والحوادث الجسيمة واستخلاص التوصيات اللازمة لمنع الحوادث وإصابات العمل
- أبداء الرأي في السياسة الخاصة بالتوعية وتثقيف العاملين عن طريق الندوات وورش العمل والملصقات والنشرات
- الاشتراك مع الإدارة في تخطيط البرامج التدريبية للفنيين وأعضاء لجنة السلامة والصحة المهنية.التفتيش الدوري علي أماكن العمل للتعرف علي المخاطر والملوثات والتزام العاملين بتنفيذ التعليمات
- إعداد ملف خاص بإدارة خدمات وسياسات السلامة والصحة المهنية والتأمين
- إعداد تصاريح العمل قبل البدء في إجراء أي عمليات للصيانة والإصلاحات أو أي عمليات أخري من المحتمل أن تسبب خطورة علي سلامة وصحة العاملين
- متابعة وإجراء الصيانة الدورية والوقائية للوقاية من الحريق والإنفجارات وكذلك المعدات الخاصة بالإسعاف والإنقاذ
