Job Description
• Communicate with insurance companies to obtain medical approvals and respond to the required medical inquiries.
• Follow up on cases and requests from the internal department and obtain the approval of the insurance company in the event of an extension request.
• Coordinate between insurance companies and hospitals in the case of external referrals and critical emergency referrals.
• Request medical reports from the rooms for admitting company patients or extending a patient’s stay and writing them on the computer to obtain medical approvals.
• Match insurance patient data with the submitted and attached data to avoid any fraud or rejection.
• Communicating with outpatient clinics to follow up on insurance company approvals.
• Follow up with endoscopy and chemotherapy cases and communicate with operations coordinators to facilitate operations procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 1:3 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service to patients and stakeholders
