As a Digital Marketing & Performance Manager
- Manage the execution of all paid media platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, YouTube, and Facebook campaigns.
- Optimize media platforms using keywords research, bid changes, copy testing, advanced settings changes, feed targeting enhancements, and audience management
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs i.e., Cost Per Order and Cost per Install; present the key insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and customers.
- Inflight optimization of a plan and real-time allocation of budgets based on KPIs performance
- Lead the performance management team and review their performance on a weekly basis.
- Ensure the best performance is applied and highlight requirements to achieve excellence.
- Continuously run experiments including baseline, creative, content, and frequency testing to improve key performance metrics and effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
- Ensure that assets and content are finalized, uploaded, and optimized in time.
- Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and tools to use.

Job Requirements
Who we are looking for:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition and retargeting programs on Facebook and Google and managing media partners effectively
- Proven experience in A/B testing, lifecycle optimization, and in building media plans & forecasts.
- Highly analytical and data-driven thinking as well as expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and reporting standards and a track record of proven business results through A/B and Multivariate Testing techniques
- Strong communication (Excellent English proficiency is a must)
- Good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
