As a Digital Marketing & Performance Manager

  • Manage the execution of all paid media platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, YouTube, and Facebook campaigns.
  • Optimize media platforms using keywords research, bid changes, copy testing, advanced settings changes, feed targeting enhancements, and audience management
  • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs i.e., Cost Per Order and Cost per Install; present the key insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and customers.
  • Inflight optimization of a plan and real-time allocation of budgets based on KPIs performance
  • Lead the performance management team and review their performance on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure the best performance is applied and highlight requirements to achieve excellence.
  • Continuously run experiments including baseline, creative, content, and frequency testing to improve key performance metrics and effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that assets and content are finalized, uploaded, and optimized in time.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and tools to use.

Job Requirements

Who we are looking for:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition and retargeting programs on Facebook and Google and managing media partners effectively
  • Proven experience in A/B testing, lifecycle optimization, and in building media plans & forecasts.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven thinking as well as expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and reporting standards and a track record of proven business results through A/B and Multivariate Testing techniques
  • Strong communication (Excellent English proficiency is a must)
  • Good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
