The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Part-Time Medical Representative to join our team for an evening shift. This role is perfect for an ambitious professional looking for a flexible yet impactful opportunity. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacies within your assigned territory, educating them on our diverse product portfolio, and driving our growth on the ground.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Serve as the trusted face of PROTU, representing our brands to pharmacists, and physicians.
- Conduct daily visits during the PM shift to clinics and pharmacies within the assigned area to build rapport and generate prescriptions/recommendations.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the science, benefits, and competitive advantages of our high-quality nutraceutical products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Distribute promotional materials, scientific literature, and samples effectively.
- Gather and report market feedback, competitor activity, and customer insights to support our strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of all visits and activities using our reporting system.
Job Requirements
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, or Science.
- 0-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative; fresh graduates with high potential are encouraged to apply.
- Must reside within or near the assigned territory.
- Having a car is preferrable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
