Previous experience within a hotel operations environment
High degree of competency in hotel PMS applications; OPERA, ACCPAC, SAP, Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Vingcard and related hospitality proprietary software packages.
Competent oral and written English communication skills
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple assignments and project management through to delivery.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet the needs of internal customer
Able to manage tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
