Job Description
- Provides support to implement the School IG activities and services
- Manages with the School Principal the flow of the IGCSE information with the technical team in the British Council
- Registers students and required subjects with the British Council
- Schedules classes and teachers' sessions
- Gives academic advice to students and assists them throughout their IGCSE years
- Researches organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new market
- Researches the updated information on the IGCSE to share it with the rest of the team, students, and parents
- Gives information sessions and orientation for the new students and parents
- Receives and prepares the graduation certificates for grades 12 students from both the British Council and the Ministry of Education
- Prepares and monitors work plans, project/exams schedules, budgets, and expenditures when it is required
- Coordinates all the project activities with the School Principal
- Coordinates all the internal required activities for the IG exams
- Attends all events and activities sent by the British Council
- Any other required task required in her/his area of specifications as requested by the School Principal
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or a relevant field
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent computer skills, usage of MS Office, and education management systems
- Great presentation and communication skills, and attention to detail
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a coordinator or in a similar role is a must.
- Knowledge of school administrative processes and national and IGCSE educational regulations
- Great organization and logical skills
- Ability to handle multitasks
