Job Description

  • Provides support to implement the School IG activities and services
  • Manages with the School Principal the flow of the IGCSE information with the technical team in the British Council
  • Registers students and required subjects with the British Council
  • Schedules classes and teachers' sessions
  • Gives academic advice to students and assists them throughout their IGCSE years
  • Researches organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new market
  • Researches the updated information on the IGCSE to share it with the rest of the team, students, and parents
  • Gives information sessions and orientation for the new students and parents
  • Receives and prepares the graduation certificates for grades 12 students from both the British Council and the Ministry of Education
  • Prepares and monitors work plans, project/exams schedules, budgets, and expenditures when it is required
  • Coordinates all the project activities with the School Principal
  • Coordinates all the internal required activities for the IG exams
  • Attends all events and activities sent by the British Council
  • Any other required task required in her/his area of specifications as requested by the School Principal

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education or a relevant field
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent computer skills, usage of MS Office, and education management systems
  • Great presentation and communication skills, and attention to detail
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a coordinator or in a similar role is a must.
  • Knowledge of school administrative processes and national and IGCSE educational regulations
  • Great organization and logical skills
  • Ability to handle multitasks
