Job Description
- Performs QA document control function, including processing, approval, distributing, and archiving in compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Coordinates the revision, review, and approval of procedures & Reviews quality outputs, change control, validation, and qualification documents.
- Maintain results of internal audit by Minitab Program to analysis (OPRP results – PRP Results).
- Assists in Quality Investigations such as Customer Complaint investigations.
- Aware of NFSA requirements and participate in NFSA Audit & Participates in internal audits, external audits, and customer audits.
- Investigate non-conformances and consumer complaints, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and monitor progress and improvements.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Science or Agriculture or Equivalent.
- Experience 1 year is preferred
- Very good command of English
- Excellent MS office skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
