Job Description
Responsibilities for procurement specialist
• Identify suppliers of goods and services.
• Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
• Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods.
• Create purchase orders and follow these with supply requests and orders.
• Analyze invoices to ensure the accuracy of goods delivered.
• Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive.
• Attend meetings with the legal department to ensure any contractual obligations favor the company.
• Work closely with the projects team to understand the details of procurement requirements.
• Finding goods and services for the company at the best value regarding quality and price.
• Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role.
Job Requirements
- (4 - 7 ) years of experience in the construction field.
- Has a customer base in the field of Construction.
