Job Description
Handling customer questions, creating sales material and offering solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
▪️ Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
▪️ Prospect and contact potential customers
▪️ Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
▪️ Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
▪️ Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
▪️ Create sales material to present to customers
▪️ Build relationships with clients over the telephone and through web communications.
▪️ Schedule and confirm consultation appointments.
▪️ Use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain acceptance of products and services.
▪️ Location: Mansoura.
▪️ Full-time work Hybrid.
Job Requirements
Experience/Qualifications:
▪️ + 3 years Experience as sales.
▪️ Candidate must have excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills
▪️ success in a full commission and/or quota driven environment
▪️ communication, high attention to detail and rapport building skills
▪️ Self-motivation, drive, initiative and outgoing and confident sales approach
▪️ Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
▪️ Basic understanding of the software industry
▪️ Familiarity with CRM platforms
▪️ Deadline and detail-oriented
