Job Description
- Receive the daily reports from all departments and handle the issues if there is any.
- Stay in contact with the Managers of the tour operators to be sure that they have no issues.
- Follow achieving the targets and goals in all aspects, service and profit.
- Prepare the budget of the branch and following all departments to be reached.
- Ensure that the company is getting the utmost profit from all available sources.
- Follow the standard of the services of the company offered by all departments.
- Represent the company branch in front of the related authorities.
- Ensure the Image of the company is in its best shape.
- Monitor the market and report to the high management in case of nay hazards
- Create new ideas to be sure the company stay on the top.
- Encourage the team in all departments to achieve their duties in the best way.
- Provide a good and suitable atmosphere for the team to work properly.
- Prepare the yearly appraisal of the team.
- Receive and handle the special requests of the tour operators.
- Handle the issues and problems of the team
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years managerial level same position.
- Speaks English fluently and more languages are preferable.
- Having wide range of public relations.
- High ability to handle problems.
- Active, creative, cooperative, organized, ready to work under pressure.
