IT manager
Network Infrastructure Engineer
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN).
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure network security, availability, and reliability.
- Support infrastructure upgrades and network projects.
Odoo ERP
- Implement, configure, and support Odoo ERP systems
- Customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Manage Odoo users, access rights, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot Odoo technical and functional issues.
- Support integrations, upgrades, and system performance optimization.
Hardware & Software Support
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, servers, printers).
- Install and support operating systems and business software.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Perform system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Provide technical support and user assistance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 year of experience in an IT management or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure, networks, and security protocols.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide IT staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
- Proven experience in project management and delivering IT solutions on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of data protection, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery practices.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with vendor management and IT procurement processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
