Job Description
Application Support
- Understand the software application functionality and suggesting Process Improvements/ automation through utilizing the system features
- Providing front end support to application users in the organization.
- Monitoring application performance metrics.
- Establishing the root causes of application errors and communicate application vendor for 2nd line support.
- Manage Users Accounts on the system
- Ability to diagnose & address application issues
- Receive, track and resolve Users incidents and enhancements
- Create productive relationships with and between key stakeholders
Training
- Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy
- Provide Regular Training on System as well as onboarding Training.
Identifying and Evaluate Technology Solutions
- This duty involves using one’s complex problem solving skills to brainstorm software solutions, and then work together in a small group to craft a pitch to present the idea to the company’s decision makers
Job Requirements
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Listening ability and patience
- Application Support experience
- Assisting with systems integrations
- JavaScript
- Python Language (is a plus)
- Bitrix 24 Customization is preferring.
- Excellent Presentation Skills
