Job Description

Application Support

  • Understand the software application functionality and suggesting Process Improvements/ automation through utilizing the system features
  • Providing front end support to application users in the organization.
  • Monitoring application performance metrics.
  • Establishing the root causes of application errors and communicate application vendor for 2nd line support.
  • Manage Users Accounts on the system
  • Ability to diagnose & address application issues
  • Receive, track and resolve Users incidents and enhancements
  • Create productive relationships with and between key stakeholders

Training

  • Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy
  • Provide Regular Training on System as well as onboarding Training.

Identifying and Evaluate Technology Solutions

  • This duty involves using one’s complex problem solving skills to brainstorm software solutions, and then work together in a small group to craft a pitch to present the idea to the company’s decision makers

Job Requirements

  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Listening ability and patience
  • Application Support experience
  • Assisting with systems integrations
  • JavaScript
  • Python Language (is a plus)
  • Bitrix 24 Customization is preferring.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
