Job Description
- Advise different stakeholders on a variety of legal issues and legal risks.
- Explain legal language.
- Draft, review, edit, interpret, and advise on contracts and other legal documents.
- Oversee all contractual obligations pertaining to the company.
- Research and report on unique legal issues impacting the company.
- Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company.
- Provide legal input into financial planning and reporting process.
- Provide advice on labor law related issues.
- Serve as liaison between company and external attorneys and legal advisors.
- Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
- Maintain professional and timely communications.
- Document and maintain legal files and issues.
- Perform anyother duties as may beassigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, any related discipline
- 5+years of experiences as legal officer/ advisor covering, contracts, corporate legal entities, labor law, and other related law areas.
- Experience in British Law and International Trading Law is a MUST.
- General legal compliance.
- Must have international company's experience.
- Excellent judgment and ability to anticipate legal issues or risks.
- Contracts and agreements drafting is highly preferable.
- Strong communication Skills.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Ability to build strong working relations with both company and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong in MS Office.
- Proficient in English.
