Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic B2B sales plans that expand company’s customer base and ensure its growth
- Generate leads of potential customers, understand their order placement strategies and their decision makers and decision-making processes
- Present, promote and sell products and services to prospective clients
- Finalize and close deals to achieve sales targets within schedule
- Build and promote strong and long-lasting customer relationships
- Build, manage and coach sales and account management teams to ensure meeting targets
- Conduct market research, competitor and customer analyses
- Analyze sales trends and results to determine areas of improvement and inventory requirements
- Submit timely reports to Management including results and recommendation for enhancing performance
- Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure seamless flow of work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 6+ years of experience in sales
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Great command of Microsoft Excel and CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
